On Sunday, April 25th, Millie’s closed it’s doors. In the few days since, family and friends have come to us insisting we re-open with their help. So, from them we have secured enough funds to make a second go. We are however, based on input from said family, friends and an independent consultant, going to change several things:
- To get away from the image of only being an ice cream parlor, we are going to re-name the restaurant.
- We are changing the format to counter service (No more waiting for a waitress).
- We are tweaking the menu. It’s an all new restaurant. Not all of Millie’s menu items will be available. No more 21 questions.
- We are getting a new line of amazing ice cream.
Our goal for opening is the last week of May. We will announce the exact opening day so, stay tuned. We can’t wait to see you all again!
